“Loathe are agents of change.” – Metal Hammer
In the years since their last full-length proper, 2020’s I Let It in and It Took Everything, genre-blurring UK outfit Loathe have taken on totemic status within the landscape of global heavy music. Spending the last five years on tour with the likes of Korn, Knocked Loose, Spiritbox, Glassjaw and more has inspired anticipation from fans about the next evolution of Loathe’s immersive, impactful sound. Earlier this year, they delivered on that evolution with ‘Gifted Every Strength,’ a six-minute plus epic that encapsulates the game-changing abilities of Loathe while harnessing metal, psychedelia, jazz, dance music rhythms and so much more. Today the band announce their return to headline the UK and Europe after almost four years, ready to place this new, boundary breaking frontier of the band on full display.
Beginning in Glasgow on the 30th November with stops in Belfast, Dublin, Liverpool, London, Bristol and Birmingham before setting their sights on the EU in Eindhoven, Paris, Cologne, Esch-sur-Alzette, Munich and Berlin, the band will exhibit their evolution for a headline run of their biggest venues to date. Support will come from gothic London duo Zetra and UK alt-metal two-piece Love Is Noise. Full dates below.
