Invisible Wind Factory LTD is a vibrant venues operator and arts organisation. Our head office and Invisible WInd Factory site is based in the Ten Streets area of Liverpool and we also operate out of Kazimier Garden in Liverpool City Centre
We play host to a diverse range of events, from up-and-coming local artists to established international acts; live gigs, club nights, theatre and comedy nights, creative workshops and family events. We are also Liverpool’s only indoor Roller Disco and Skating facility, IWF Rollerdrome.
We produce arts projects, installations and shows that feature in cultural events and festivals across the country. We are passionate about holding and managing spaces that celebrate creativity and collaboration and are proud to deliver such a diverse range of programmes, projects and events. 

About the Role

We are seeking a sales driven and creative Digital Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our exciting programme of events, driving ticket sales and footfall to all our spaces, and expanding our audience reach and online presence. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, using your digital marketing skills to make a real impact on an exciting and well known independent arts organisation and venues operator. This role is very well suited to somebody looking for work that will be varied in nature and that will require being present at live events at least a couple of times a month.


Time Requirement: 4 days (32 hours) per week, flexible hours. Will require some evenings and weekends.


Remuneration: £12.50 p/h – £14.50 p/h depending on experience


Employment Type: Fixed Term 1 year (following a probationary period of 3 – 6 months)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok etc.), email marketing, and our website.
  • Manage our social media presence across all our brands with (with a focus on Invisible Wind Factory and IWF Rollerdrome to begin with) creating engaging content that resonates with our target audiences and drives ticket sales, optimising the use of UGC, engaging with influencers and creating exciting original content using video and graphics.
  • Create and deliver paid advertising campaigns on social media and other platforms, analysing results and optimising campaigns for maximum reach and return on investment.
  • Maintain our websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, informative, and user-friendly.
  • Work collaboratively with the venue team to ensure regular sales updates are communicated to all relevant parties for all events. 
  • Generate reports and track key metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Liaise with artists, promoters, and other stakeholders to ensure effective marketing coordination.
  • Optimise our online presence and drive venue hires, both private and corporate and public and commercial through LinkedIn, Google, mailers, social media ads. 
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns for in-house creative projects and events.

    Additional tasks and responsibilities related to Marketing and Sales may be required of you at your managers request.
     

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role in hospitality or the creative sector.
  • Excellent understanding of Meta and Google ads and social media marketing 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for events and the arts. An interest in rollerskating would be a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Content creation, Video editing and graphic design skills and familiarity with software such as or similar to Adobe Suite and Canva. 
  • Experience using project management software such as Click Up, Trello.
  • Experience using Wix and WordPress
