The Blue & Yellow Submarine Parade first took place to mark Liverpool hosting Eurovision on behalf of Ukraine in 2023. With over 300 parade participants and 15,000 audience attendees it was a huge success. The Blue & Yellow Submarine and Aquatopia characters have since been seen celebrating Liverpool Pride at the Albert Dock and Moreton Baylight.
