Invisible Wind Factory is located in the up and coming Ten Streets area at 3 Regent Road, L3 7DS. We're just a 15 minute walk from The Albert Dock!
IS YOUR VENUE ACCESSIBLE
IWF is accessible with a wheelchair entrance and ramp, located in our Garden Entrace on Regent St. We have a disabled toilet and raised viewing platform for any guests that require. If you require a PA ticket please contact us directly in advance at email@example.com
Our Substation is unfortunately not accessible as of yet.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING / TRANSPORT LINKS?
IWF does not have a dedicated parking area yet, however you can park in the streets around our venue for free.
The nearest public transport is Moorfields or Sandhills train stations which are both a 15 minute walk. There are also Voi Scooters located around the venue that can be used.
DO YOU HAVE A CLOAKROOM / LOST PROPERTY
Yes we do! For all Gigs, Club Nights and Live events our Cloakroom is open to the public.
Please note that IWF cannot accept liability for any items lost or damaged whilst in the Cloakroom. All Items are left at the owners Risk.

Customer and staff safety is a top priority for us at IWF.
First aid trained staff are on shift at all times and if you're feeling uncomfortable, threatened or harassed at any point please speak to staff or security who will do everything they can to assist you.

How do I book tickets?
To book tickets, visit our 'What's On' page and you'll find everything that's happening at IWF, in our Substation and at the Kazimier Stockroom. Click 'buy tickets' and you'll be redirected to either our own ticket page or one of our external ticketing partners.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
This depends on availability. If the event is showing as sold out online, then you will not be able to get a ticket on the door. Check our socials on the day of the event for ticket info, timings and door policy.
Can I get a refund?
As standard, refunds are only offered if the event is cancelled or rescheduled and you can't make the new date.
Special circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis for internal IWF events, but you would have to contact the promoter or ticket agent directly for any external promotions.
You should be able to find this information on your ticket or confirmation email.
Could I be refused entry to the venue?
Yes, our management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove people from the venue without reason. You may be refused/removed for the following reasons:
displaying any kind of disruptive or dangerous behaviour
failing to provide valid ID
refusing to be searched
failing to provide a valid ticket
refusing to leave prohibited items at the door
caught using illegal substances or smoking inside the venue
What is your zero tolerance policy?
We have a zero tolerance policy to:
drugs and illegal substances
racism, homophobia, sexism, and violence of any kind
verbal or physical abuse to our staff and visitors
deliberate damage or vandalism to any part of our venue
Do you accept cash?
No, we are a cashless venue. We accept card and contactless payments.
Do you have a dresscode?
Some events from external promoters may have a dress code. Please check our socials on the day of the event for this information. As a general rule we suggest no sportswear.
Do you do door searches?
Yes, stringent search processes are in place at IWF to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff. These include bag searches, metal detectors and pat downs. Refusal to be searched may result in refusal of entry to the venue.
Do I need ID?
We have a challenge 25 policy at IWF, meaning if our door staff feel you look under 25, you will be asked to show valid ID. A photo of a photo ID is not acceptable; it must be a physical copy. Failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of entry to the venue.
Where can I smoke?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue, including e-cigs. We have a large outdoor smoking area that will be accessible for the duration of the event.
